Depending on your location, standard shipping take 2 to 7 business days. If you opt for Xpress Shipping, your order will arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

Yes, all orders from XOXTOYS have discreet packaging and billing. The packaging is always unassuming with no label or marking that could expose the content inside.

What is the shipping cost?

Free shipping is available for all orders above $59 and up for Canada and USA. For orders under $59, the standard shipping charges are $11.99. If you opt for Xpress Shipping, your shipping charges will be $18.99.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

What is the return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of the products, return or exchange are only available for defective or damaged products. You cannot return or exchange any product which is intended to have direct contact with a body part or body fluids.
