Firstly I should say that I’m generally not the type of person to leave a review, and I’m not doing this for any of the offered incentives (of which there were some small discounts offered to me for taking the time to do this). Nor did I decide to leave the review because of my particular level of satisfaction of the product, which can’t really be overstated either, as reflected by the 4 star review above (frankly I was going to go for 4.5, however, half stars were not an option, and I could have just as easily rounded to 5, but a four star review to me feels more genuine than a perfect 5 star rating). Rather it was actually the customer service that prompted me to write this out. I’ve dealt with a lot of different companies with various qualities of customer service, but this particular site, and whoever corresponded with me over email really was exceptional, albeit a touch slow at times.

I have to say, this is my first ever time purchasing any sort of sex toy whatsoever. And coming fresh into a market like this, I wanted my first experience to be with a product that seemed to be well-regarded, because I didn’t want to try it out with a subpar product, and have a bad experience and taint the whole industry for myself on some sort of false premise. So I looked around to see what looked to me like a good candidate for a high-end masturbator to test out. And I noticed that there isn’t a ton of information or reviews on the internet, and what is out there must be sought out. And I wanted to take the time to not only endorse this product, but also XOX Toys as a distributor for their excellence in customer service.

As for the toy itself. My first experience with it left me a little nervous that I’d wasted my money. I found it a little tight on penetration, and I couldn’t fully immerse myself within it from a depth perspective. But the worst part was that it was really rather constricting, to the point where it made ejaculation uncomfortable on my first use. But after that first use, and with the help of what one might deem an excessive amount of lube, it seemed to loosen up just enough to make the product enjoyable. While it comes with a couple lube samples, I recommend getting more of you don’t already have some. I also very much love that it’s waterproof. It makes cleanup easy. I just simply shower after (or during use), and bring it in with me, and wash it as well as myself. Some of the different settings are a bit of a guessing game, and some other mastubators on the market seem to be compatible with an app through which you can manage the settings on your phone, so perhaps this device may be lacking there, on the other hand, as this is the only device I have experience with, this is speculation on my end. The device mount also seems to be a little gimmicky. It must serve it’s purpose for those who still choose to watch their content on a screen like that. But I use a bigger screen so I’ve no real use for that. I’ve had some difficulties with the wall mount as well. But that could just as easily be my ineptitude as it is anything else. And I did manage to get it working well in the shower once. One minor gripe I had with it was that it wasn’t ready to use out of the box, and had to be fully charged for a total of 2 hours prior to use. But otherwise, a fantastic product, and I’m happy I gave it a try!
